topic c100 and Ninja 2 jaggy lines in Professional Video

I shot a film this weekend and after reviewing the footage I noticed everything had jaggy lines in it. It looks like it is having an interlacing issue but after checking the file it reads progressive. Does anyone have an idea of what is going on? Can it have anything to do with a 3:2 pulldown maybe? I noticed frame 1,2 are okay the 3,4 is jaggy and it repeats. Please help!
