The Canon specifications page just says TBA. I'm just curious how it compares in weight to my 7D for steady cam purposes.

B&H says " 2.25 lb (1.02 kg)"

Canon's Europe site concurs and says:

Weight (camera only)	1020g
Weight (fully equipped)	Approx 1835g (grip, monitor unit, handle, hook, BP-955, 2x SD card)-5ºC to +45ºC, 60% relative humidity

Thanks! I looked at the specs on B&H on the pre order page and it says TBA also. The indepth page helps a lot.
