      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried turning the camcorder off before connecting it to the computer and then turning it on once connected to the computer?&amp;nbsp; Have you checked the camera mode to make sure it is correct before connecting it to the computer?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
