      <title>imageRUNNER ADVANCE C5550i Unable to register .pfx file</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to replace a self-signed certificate on an iR-ADV C5550 but am getting an error message when trying to register the certificate.&amp;nbsp; The error only states:&amp;nbsp; "An error occurred during registration"&amp;nbsp; It shows the file name I am trying to register and an OK button.&amp;nbsp; That is it.&amp;nbsp; I am not sure why it is failing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I created the pfx file using the Windows builtin certreq commands and a .inf file with the printer host name and IP address.&amp;nbsp; We have an on-prem CA from which the certificate was requested from.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I converted the .cer file to pfx which has the private key.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The thing I don't understand is that I am using the same process from a couple of years ago when I successfully registered a different certificate.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
