    <description>&lt;P&gt;In my case the only solution was to contact Canon and have the main board of the printer replaced. I first unsuccessfully tried the solution that Shadowsports suggested above. Best of luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Power off the device and disconnect from power.&amp;nbsp; Press and hold the power button for 1 min.&amp;nbsp; Reconnect to power, power on and try to print, if the error reoccurs, you need to contact canon.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
