      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi . I'm using a pro 2100 .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have used Layout software for a while . When I send the image, It says sending then just disappears.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;If i send it through Adobe like AI or Photoshop it prints .&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;what can be the problem&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Tx&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Please follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Click on the Apple in the upper left corner of your Mac.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Click on System Preferences.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Click on Printers &amp;amp; Scanners.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; Click one time on the PRO-2100 on the left side.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Looking at the right side, what is listed to the right of "Kind" ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you would like to resolve this more quickly,&amp;nbsp;recommended that you contact technical support via phone. There is NO charge for this call. Please dial 1-800-423-2366, Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Eastern Time, excluding holidays.
