      <title>imageRUNNER ADVANCE C7565i Trouble Updating Address Book</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently started a new job as a Systems Administrator. My first task is to update the address book on our four Canon Advance ImageRUNNER C7565 copiers. No one here knows where the manuals are. I found online manuals, but they do not answer my questions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have an updated CSV file that contains all current employees. The current address books on the copiers have not been updated in 3 years.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am looking for step-by-step instructions on how to export and import addresses.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, when you import from a CSV file does the import overwrite the current addresses or just add to them?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lastly, is it better to import\export at the copier or remote into the copier from a laptop?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you very much.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I believe most image runners allow mass import and export into their address books.&amp;nbsp; (Manual method)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They also support LDAP Sync.&amp;nbsp; This is what we use.&amp;nbsp; Users are then automatically added or removed from the address book when their user object is added or removed from Active Directory.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are experiencing difficulty, contact your dealer as suggested.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
