imageRunner C5860 adding scanner emails

Hello,

I am trying to get our directory into the printer and to get it to display on the main screen when folks are using scan to email.

However the personal list is limited and even though I added everyone to Address list 1 this is not seemingly possible to display on that front screen.

What am I missing here?
