Hi, Shabaletta!

Thanks for posting! While our forum community members are welcome to chime in, Canon does not provide direct support for imageRUNNER series products. Instead, your dealer will be able to help you! If you don't have a dealer and you're in the United States, please call us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) and we will be happy to provide you with the names of dealers in your area.

If you're outside the USA, visit http://global.canon and choose your country or region from the map for local support.

We hope this helps!

I moved my office from one building to another. The new building, I moved to does not have enough Wi-Fi power for me to connect any of the laptops to the Canon Copier. Any suggestions? I can operate my desktop printer to laptop with no problems. Any suggestions?

I am using CenturyLink for Wi-Fi

Greetings Shabaletta,

Unfortunately, physical limitations that keep you from using your products cannot be addressed by Canon. The advice you are asking for goes beyond the scope of this forum, or your Canon dealer.

My immediate recommendation would be a wired LAN option in your space for printing. The wireless gateways offered by Century Link are consumer grade and not business or enterprise class. If it is tucked away in a closet or server room you are not going to get reliable connectivity. Its a single point of failure.

If you are in an environment where you are sharing wireless access with other tenants, you need to get your own ISP and isolate your network and business from others.

We have no knowledge about your office space, so I recommend you seek advice from an IT professional, Wiring Vendor or someone locally who can provide solutions that will meet the needs of your business and situation.

Once these issues are addressed, your dealer can ensure trouble free operation and support for your device.
