Remove ULM and uniFLOW from an ir 5540i?

We recently acquired a gently used ImageRunner C5540i. I have tried to get to the normal sms web interface (http:<MFP IP>:8443/sms) but the Universal Login Manager is coming up. How can I remove the ULM from this machine without knowing the ULM login info? It also has uniFLOW on it and I would like to remove that also. Thanks in advance for any help!
