      <title>Imagerunner C3530i scan to email error</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Our copier has scanned to several company email addresses for years. Out of the blue, it scans, this error pos up SMTP Server Authentication Error and then it prints a page with an error message. An ideas how to fix? I have spent 3 hours researching and looking through all of the copier settings. It is also 'offline'. Is that the problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have called Canon in the past. The robot answering calls does not recognize our machine model verbally. It is a continues loop of a robot asking the same questions. We have tried with 3 employees, all speaking english.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
