    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just moved my Prograf Pro-2000 and installed the ink cartridges BEFORE I turned on the printer. You could hear the ink fill the reservoirs but the menu said to NOT install the ink yet. What should I do?       <description>&lt;P&gt;The printer will normally go through motions once it is powered on after a transport procedure is performed.&amp;nbsp; The ink lines should not fill up until you have followed the prompts on the printer for installing the inks and closing the cover.&amp;nbsp; In this case, try turning the printer off and remove the ink.&amp;nbsp; Then power the printer on and continue the procedure as prompted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you continue to have difficulties, please call our phone support group at&amp;nbsp;1-800-423-2366, Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. ET.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
