Canon ImageRunner 2420 printer not printing well

Hello I am new on this forum and I believe someone may help me.
I have a Canon ImageRunner 2420 that is behaving weird since a few days ago. It begun printing the top 2.5inch of the A4 page with faded text and the rest of the page is ok. I have changed the drum and the blade and also refilled the tonner but the change wasn't that much. I have to adjusted the density to maximum for it to slightly make a change. Kindly advise what the problem could be.

This forum is intended to provide peer-to-peer support for North American small office units (such as the imageCLASS MF743Cdw). The Canon ImageRunner 2420 appears to be a commercial European model.

ImageRunner models are supported by local Authorized Canon dealers. My suggestion is to reach out to a local Authorized dealer and have them service the unit.
