topic imagePROGRAF TM-305 MFP T36 Scanning Document Longer than 200 Inches in Production Printing

I have a wide format color document that measures approximately 24 inches by 1000 inches. My T36 will scan the first 200 inches before stopping (I presume running out of memory). I can not cut or fold the document, and I can not copy the document. I don't mind scanning it piecemeal if I can get the scanner to start scanning with the a portion already fed. The problem I'm having is that I receive a "No Media" message as soon as I start to advance the document past the edge.

Hi Jwdenney,

The maximum length that the T36 scanner is capable of scanning is 8 meters when saving as JPEG or PDF and 15.2 meters when saving as TIFF.
