This occurs after the print head moves back and before it feeds the next line from the roll. The is a new sound, we have been using this printer regularly for about a year. The printer sill functions but the sound is loud and concerning. Is there a direct email to support that I could send this video to for possible diagnosis?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
