You should be able to find your Canon Dealer's contact information somewhere on your unit - a sticker on the front or side of the machine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you don't have a dealer, please call us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666), and we will be happy to provide you with the names of dealers in your area!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Canon 7565i that is attached to a older equitrac. Instead of asking for a PIN code to be entered to access the Copier, it's asking for a access card. Anyone know where to go into service mode and change this to ask for a PIN code instead of an access card?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
