topic PRO-4000 - yellow discolouration on print edge in Production Printing

Recently our Canon PRO-4000S has started leaving a band of yellow discolouration (approx 5cm wide) to the lead edge of the print. It only occurs when the printer has been idle for a period of time, ie. first thing in the morning, or after a break. It doesn’t appear on the paper until it’s printed. No issues once the printer is warmed up. Almost like a burn mark?!

Occurs on all paper types, and with both Monochrome and Colour Prints.

Could this be an issue with settings? Or potentially the print head?

Thanks in advance!
