    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are trying to upgrade our firmware for the first time, but entering the serial number as the admin password returns the message "The entered values are invalid." We have never upgraded the printer and have never done anything with the printer requiring the password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions on what we could try or how we could possibly reset it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;John&lt;/P&gt;</description>
