      <title>LDAP is not working with new imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX 4925i</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Cannon iR-ADV 4925 on Controller :1608.0.3701 and LDAP is working. We have a new one that came in and LDAP is not working and it's on Controller :1629.0.3701. How can I downgrade the Controller version, or can anyone confirm that higher version is working. I am asking because in the pas an older version also had a similar issue.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Before you roll it back, though I'd definitely verify LDAP settings are the same on both severs, and if they are, newer versions of controllers are notorious for issues such as this, especially if this is a recurring problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
