Blank printing canon varioprint 140

Hello everyone,
I am experiencing an issue with my Canon VarioPrint 140.
When I try to print or make a copy, only the top part of the page (approximately 5 cm) is printed, and the rest of the page comes out blank.
I have already checked basic settings, but the problem persists.
Has anyone encountered this issue before or knows what could be causing it?
