Image PROGRAF TM-340 Cutting 3in paper before every print

My printer cuts a strip between each print. At once I am printing about 100 files each 24in x 18in and it does the 3in strip between every print. This is contributing to a lot of paper waste.

I have tried turning off automatic cutting but it has not solved the problem.
