Hello everyone,

I am seeking assistance with a margin/offset issue on my Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX C3822i using Windows 11 and Word 2019.

The Problem: Despite setting all margins to "0" in Microsoft Word and adjusting the Layout settings, the printer consistently leaves a gap/white border at the top and left of the page. The document does not print edge-to-edge, and the image appears slightly shifted rather than centered.

What I have tried so far:

Set Page Setup margins to 0.0 in MS Word (and ignored the "Fix Margins" warning).

Confirmed Paper Size matches (A4/Letter) in both Word and the Printer Properties.

Ensured the paper guides in the cassette are tight against the stack.

but still didn't work any things that can help with that please ?

#C3822i

Thanks for joining the conversation, angellolita!

While our forum community members are welcome to chime in, Canon does not provide direct support for products in the imageRUNNER series. Instead, your dealer will be able to help you! If you don't have a dealer and you're in the United States, please call us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) and we will be happy to provide you with the names of dealers in your area.

If you're outside the USA, visit http://global.canon and choose your country or region from the map for local support.

We hope this helps!
