Does anyone else have issues with low humidity? Our printer is reading 11% humidity in the machine. It's got 11,000,000 clicks on it. It's 8 years old. It's only the Magenta density that's being affected and on the front end side. And possibly only on 20# text paper.

We've never had a technician up til this year tell us that our print issues are because of the lack of humidity and basically we're s*** out of luck. It this true? There's nothing we can do until the weather warms up? We have a humidifier running but we're in a large open room. And I have a box covering a vent with wet rags trying to keep things moist per tech's suggestion.
