We also have had issues with our L Printhead where the Mdot # does not reset.(shows last time it was changed 2020)</P><P>We have changed that more times I can count along with Techs. An the answer we always get is change the printhead. A lot of money has been thrown into the printheads and maintenance cartridge replacements.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Could this be a software issue by any chance?&nbsp; Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
