topic ImagePROGRAF GP-300 MBK Ink is running low in Production Printing

We have had our large format printer for only a year and keep getting the "Ink is running low" message for the MBK cartridge, even if the cartridge is brand new. I reinstall the cartridge and the message temporarily goes away, but keeps coming back. Also, the colors are muted or flat and not vibrant at all and there is a lot of banding. The colors look okay on a nozzle check. There is no option to calibrate color on the maintenance screen.

Greetings ,

I would suggest registering your product in your MyCanon account and contacting support.

Home - MyCanon https://share.google/3kkVv8BSafF3LvStd

It's also possible that your printer is supported by Canon's dealer network. You'll be able to see your support options in the portal.
