Hi everyone,

So im having an issue with my pro 4600 when i print on matte papers. I thought everything looked good, until i saw the same photo printed on the 4100. The colors were much more accurate. I have a feeling that when i print, the printer is using photo black vs matte black. The print from the 4100 had such nice deep black, whereas mine was a faded black.

I am printing on epson cold press bright, and i have the proper icc profile for it. So im not sure what to do now.
