When you get a chance and are with your imagePROGRAF TM-340, I suggest you contact our Large Format Printer telephone support at 1-800-423-2366 (press option 1 then option 3 for Large Format Printers), Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, excluding holidays.       <title>imagePROGRAF TM-340 Not printing to scale</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I work for a company that produces labels. We are using the canon for proofing to verify that everything printing is present and in its proper place. The issue we're having is that our prints from the canon don't print at full scale making them unreliable for our operators. I've tried updating drivers, setting "do not scale", 100% scale, selecting larger page sizes, and different margins. I've also tried printing from multiple softwares including Illustrator and Acrobat. Nearly every time, the print is slightly short of true size.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
