I am having an issue with printing a banner size document. Every time I go through the options to print the banner changing the size paper, selecting banner, and inputting the height and width measurements, in the print preview, I see the correct paper size, however, the item on the paper is small. It does not stretch across the paper. HELP!

There is a lot more information needed to help resolve your issue. When you get a chance and are with your imagePROGRAF PRO-4100S, I suggest you contact our Large Format Printer telephone support at 1-800-423-2366 (press option 1 then option 3 for Large Format Printers), Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, excluding holidays.
