&lt;P&gt;When you say you added the imagePROGRAF GP-6600S to your Print Server 2019, are you saying you downloaded and installed the file named imagePROGRAF GP-6600S from our &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/imageprograf-gp-6600s" target="_self"&gt;web site&lt;/A&gt;? If so, then I recommend you install the drivers on each individual workstation to fix your issue. I hope this is helpful.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I added a ImagePrograf GP-6600s to our Print Server 2019 with 64gb of ram. I successfully installed the required driver on the server, but when attempting to print from any computer, the job goes to the print queue and shows as “printing,” yet nothing actually prints.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could anyone please assist? I’m stuck at this point and unsure what else to try.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
