imagePROGRAF PRO-4600 Scaling Up Images

When I print a file from the roll it seems to be scaling it up. Checked all the print settings, nothing is set to make it scale up. Printed a file & it stretched the image .0625 w & .125 in length. Anyone else having this issue?

I suggest you confirm the roll width is set correctly in the print settings prior to printing. Also, does the issue still occur when you print from a different program? If the issue persists, we will need additional information before we can recommend a solution. When you have time and are with your printer, I suggest you contact our Large Format Printer telephone support at 1-800-423-2366 (press option 1 then option 3 for Large Format Printers), Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, excluding holidays.
