Hello,

Has anyone had this issue? Out of nowhere my printer started leaving areas of the majority black posters I was printing leaving streaks or lightly printed areas? Maybe smudges? I opened up the printer and cleaned but can't get rid of issue? Printhead maybe? This is happening on all of my majority black prints but not on multi-colored prints? Any help is appreciated! Thank you

When you have time and are with your printer, I suggest you contact our Large Format Printer telephone support at 1-800-423-2366 (press option 1 then option 3 for Large Format Printers), Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, excluding holidays.
