    <description>&lt;P&gt;Error message - on the large format -&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;"When I start the printer there is a notice with red sign "Margins will appear even if borderless printing is set as head alignment not performed"&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Coincidence might be that over the weekend we had a power outage.&amp;nbsp; Backup battery pack would have kept it powered, but utility company said outage was about 4 hours.&amp;nbsp; I think this is a coincidence and not related, but it was working just fine last week, prior.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1st time to use it was yesterday Thursday - and the computer that is connected to that printer has a message of printer not responding.&amp;nbsp; The large format has error message as stated above.&amp;nbsp; Before I call a tech , thought I would post since this could be an easy fix, besides turning off all systems...which I have done several times.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Performing a Print head alignment should clear the message "Margins will appear even if borderless printing is set as head alignment not performed." Please follow the steps at this &lt;A href="https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/Manual/All/TA-30/EN/LBGB/lbgb-007.html" target="_self"&gt;link&lt;/A&gt; to perform an Automatic Adjustment to Straighten Lines and Colors - Auto (Standard). If you are still unable to print, we will need additional information before we can recommend a solution. When you have time and are with your printer, I suggest you contact our Large Format Printer telephone support at 1-800-423-2366 (press option 1 then option 3 for Large Format Printers), Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, excluding holidays.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
