I fixed it by disconnecting the multifunction roll unit and restarted the machine. Booted just fine. Reconnected the MFR unit and restarted it again. It gets stuck on the screen "adjusting printer to make ready for printing. Please wait". Every time, I power up, the Canon logo appears on screen. Then the info screen. Then it just stops at "adjusting printer to make ready for printing. Please wait" Mean while the printer just sits there and does not make any sound or adjustments. Like the printer is bricked.
