      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm currently working on a Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE 6551i, and I'm running into an issue where the LCD panel does not display anything. The backlight turns on and off, but there’s no actual image or user interface showing on the screen. The machine powers up and all other lights on the device are functioning—except one orange LED near the back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So far, I’ve tried the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Checked all cables and connections to the LCD panel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Inspected the FM1-M963 (touchscreen controller?) and FM1-Y995 / FM1-M981 boards, but not sure which one directly controls the LCD.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Verified that the printer boots (green LEDs and fans running) but cannot access menus due to the blank screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone experienced this issue before? Could this be a failed LCD, a controller board, or possibly a firmware issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I suggest you engage with a Canon Dealer for support and repair of your ImageRunner.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Canon does have a parts order desk, but a replacement PCB or LCD might not be a user replaceable part.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Canon Parts Order Desk (866) 481-2569&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
