    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have bought a new printer and it&amp;nbsp; is showing this error. i need a solution for this error .please can you help me in this matter?       <description>&lt;P&gt;I have figured it out. It seems like the machines are distributed from the factory with what I imagine is a security feature that makes it difficult to set up for non canon techs to set it up. If you look in the box of accessories that comes with the printer there will be two plastic pieces one is a rectangular one is a soft circle. You need to remove the plastic plugs on the right side of the glass under the feeder and fit the two plastic pieces mentioned above. it will remove the error code.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
