PRO-4100S cuts off 1" of material before every print.

I just plugged in a new PRO-4100S to replace my other one that was not worth fixing. By default this new printer will cut off 1" of material before every print I send to it. I have looked all around for a setting to turn off but cannot seem to find it. My old 4100S did not do this.
