imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX 6860i: Cannon Copier Groups, users, and LDAP

Hello everyone,

I was hoping to get some guidance on setting up the best practice in configuring copiers to group users based on department IDs. By this I would like users in the HR department to be given the same Department ID and have their Windows logon names appear within the group to show these are the users in the HR department (as an example). This was we can best track print jobs of the overall department and the amount each user prints. We have recently setup LDAP onto our Copiers but am unsure how to approach my end goal. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.

Sorry for excluding the model type, we recently received multiple Cannon iR-ADV 6860s at our org.
