Pro 2100 blank pages

Hi

I just got my Pro 2100 Large Format Printer and right after assembly and the adjustment/test print, when everything looked fine and it said ready to print, I tried printing a JPG from a USB Flash Drive with Hahnemule paper but it keeps coming out blank. No error message nothing. In fact the jpg is recognized by the printer when I insert the USB and I get to choose settings for it (although “no preview is available for the data” which I thought was strange) Then I click “Print” and it starts the process of adjusting the paper. Then the display immediately goes from “Printing” to “Finishing” and the paper comes out untouched.

I have not connected a computer to the printer yet but from what I’ve understood the USB flash drive printing option has nothing to do with computers. It bypasses the need for a computer for a quick print?

To say I would appreciate any type of advice here would be an understatement. I am desperately seeking any pointers in the right direction!

Kind regards,

Jacob W.
