a different band color appears on the backgrounds. color does not matter, this problem existed in vector works. this problem exists in the direction the print head moves (right to left). icc profiles etc. have all been tried but we think the problem is software-related. we tried all the automatic adjustments in the nozzle check etc. maintenance section and we are sure that they are successful and this problem persists again. Have any of you encountered this kind of problem before? We verify that there is only the background color in the design file. there is no additional process such as any effect, shadow, lens etc. We got many detailed and different printouts such as TIFF, PNG, JPEG, PDF but we still could not solve the problem.
