Canon imagePROGRAF Pro-4100S - Autocut does not work

When I print using the media types Canon Scrim Vinyl or Adhesive Vinyl, the printer does not auto cut after the print. Is there a way to make it automatically cut the printed material directly? It works fine for Banner Vinyl and Plain paper, but not for those two media types.

Hello,

Certain media types do not have automatic cutting available. Adhesive Vinyl media can only use the User Cut setting which requires the user to manually cut the media with scissors or a similar tool. Canon Scrim Vinyl should be able to automatically cut. Make sure that you are specifying the correct media type settings before printing on the media.
