    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello dear team,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have configured standard authentication with the service numbers on the Canon IR ADV DX C3720i. I am able to log in successfully with the user credentials to use the copy and scan functions, but I cannot print. Even though the printer driver is properly set up with the service numbers and the copier detects the print job, it deletes the job without printing. I need your help and expertise with this issue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
