Thank you for the reply. I will look into network issues but I susspect there is nothing wrong with the switch or cabling. Perhaps the file has some corruption? These errors seem to only happen sporadically and only when the pdf is created from PrismaGuideXL. No issues with pdf files dropped directly into Thrive.

Another question - I listed two errors. Are they both a data transfer error?

TIA!

Can anyone give me any details about these two fatal error codes? Why is there no documentation for this stuff anywhere?

Thanks for joining the conversation, LP_Canon!

While our forum community members are welcome to chime in, Canon does not provide direct support for Colorado-series products. Instead, your dealer will be able to help you! If you don't have a dealer and you're in the United States, please call us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) and we will be happy to provide you with the names of dealers in your area.

If you're outside the USA, visit http://global.canon and choose your country or region from the map for local support.

We hope this helps!

This error is a data transfer error. Something you can do is verify your rip and network. Then check the web interface>support>troubleshooting and make sure that "Store Last Received Job" is turned off. Other than that you will need to contact your dealer for more in depth troubleshooting.

To easily check your network. Connect the rip directly to the Colorado with static IPs and try printing again. Eliminate the possibility of a switch going bad, cabling, etc...

I think you hit the nail on the head. What firmware version are you running on the Colorado (should be listed in the about menu under settings)?

The 11526 error is caused by the first one. When the first controller throws that 21703 the second controller loses connection and throws a communication error.
