I am using canon C5560 when I send an email scan the file name is showing (test_001) I want to remove _001

Danny, this is not helpful.
I have been reading the manual, and all it covers is how to remove job number and date.
It is extremely frustrating to have _001 added to the end of every file our office names. It is not efficient as we must rename the file anyways. Why would we contact our rep when you can tell us how to do something that should be in the manual period?
This is a disappointing response.
