    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning! I recently bought an imagePROGRAF Tc-20 printer, and after the first ink load, it says error B50A. I have turned off the printer, unplugged off the power outlet, and donde everything the manual tells. But still I have the error. What can I do??? I appreciate any help.
