imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX Generic Windows PCL6 Print Driver: Unable to Print Custom Sizes Double Sided?

I previously posted here before, but I think it got moved to the production printing section. However, I think my current issue is related to my driver and not necessarily my printer.

Essentially, I had to print on custom paper double sided, but for some reason every time I enter the custom size the driver tells me "Cannot use the selected size with [2-sided Printing]." However, this happens with any custom size even if the custom size is a basic letter page size. Why might this be happening? Also, is there away I can circumvent this issue so that I can print double sided on custom paper? (For reference the printer I've been using is the Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX C5860i and I am trying to print 10x13 paper double-sided, but I do not believe the issue is related to the printer but instead the driver)

Hello! I'm using my school's printer's so I do not think I can contact on their behalf, however I believe this issue is more related to the driver that Canon provides to use with it rather than the printer itself.
