    <description>&lt;P&gt;2 Laptops are connected to an imageRUNNER ADVANCE C350P via Wireless Network.&amp;nbsp; 1 Laptop uses Windows 10, the other Laptop uses Windows 11.&amp;nbsp; Both Laptops have the same shared folder settings and correct entries within the Address Book.&amp;nbsp; The scanner only scans to the Windows 10 Laptop.&amp;nbsp; It will not scan to the Windows 11 Laptop. It&amp;nbsp; quickly displays SENDING, RECEIVING, FILE error but then always prints out the same error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TX Incomplete&amp;nbsp; -----&lt;BR /&gt;Transaction ok&amp;nbsp; -----&lt;BR /&gt;Error:&amp;nbsp; \\Win11Laptop&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have verified that all settings are correct as far as SMB, folder permissions, network share settings, firewall etc.&lt;BR /&gt;I am at the end of my rope here and wonder if there is a firmware update available or any other clues what might be causing this issue with Windows 11 and the&amp;nbsp;imageRUNNER ADVANCE C350P.&amp;nbsp; Thx much in advance&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
