      <description>&lt;P&gt;My 700ml MBK Cartridge displayed empty. I inserted a new 160ml cartridge and I could hear it dripping into the main tank.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It displayed full and I made 2 11x17 inch prints.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I turned the printer back on the next day and the cartridge displays as empty!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What happened to the 160ml of new ink? Is it leaking somewhere into the botton or back of the printer?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't need a flood of black ink on the beige carpet that is under the printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I get support from Canon Professional Printers Support?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some things are NOT easy to find on the website.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
