Hello

at our work site we have a Canon Ipf 8400 we are having issues with, will try to explain as to the best of my knowledge. its having issues when printing schematics/blueprints in length. example if we print a 60 inch length by 24 inch wide, the print out starts fine for the first 16 inch of length and after that we can see that some of the printing between the 16th inch and the rest of the print starts to loss marging of about 1/2 cm but by the end it adds up and we end up with about 2 cm short. we have made prints with blueprint squares of 2x2 inch and can see that some of those squares are smaller than others. buth they are not consecutive. some are 2x2 and the next one could be fine and then the next could be off by less than 1/2 a cm and etc, Any sugestions?

Hi hmartinez,

Based on the type of issue you're experiencing, I would recommend that you contact our Large Format Printer telephone support at 1-800-423-2366 (press option 1 then option 3 for Large Format Printers), Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, excluding holidays. I hope this is helpful.
