imageRUNNER ADVANCE C5255 Format Error: Cannot find the format files

Canon IRADV C5255 Hard Drive Format Error

I have a Canon C5255 machine. The old hard drive failed to boot the machine with error “E602-0001”

I tried to replace a new hard drive (WD 500GB), inserting a FAT32 flash drive with iAC5255 folder system files, but when machine formated the hard drive, it prompted
"[ERROR]. Cannot find format file
hdd format ... Error"
I had changed the smaller flash drive and hard drives, still same error.
What's the format file? Any one can help or send the format file?
