      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Product model:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Canon &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;iR-ADV DX C359&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;printers. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Print Server:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Windows 2019 Standard.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Driver:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Canon Generic Plus PS3 (latest version)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When printing PNG, JPG, PDFs using &lt;STRONG&gt;Secured Print&lt;/STRONG&gt;, print queue will be stuck,&amp;nbsp;I have to work around by stop Print services and delete files in C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS then restart queue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;BTW, I notice that we can print normally if we print out thru IP address directly.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
